FAQs
Q: What format should I use?
A: That depends on what you are using the footage for. If it is broadcast, what does your broadcaster require? If it is for Internet, what technical specs does your IT department require?
Q: What camera should I use?
A: It depends on your format requirements and budget. We can help you determine your work flow to best decide your technical requirements.
Q: What kind of a deal can you give our production?
A: This is best determined what your needs are and for how long. Equipment does have a price to purchase and has a very short technical life span. For us to provide the state of the art equipment that our clients request, we must be able to purchase what is required and charge a fair market value for it.
Q: What if I have a problem with a piece of gear?
A: Technology does occasionally break down. Call us 24/7 for technical support and we will do what ever it takes to rectify the problem.
Q: Can you give me a half day charge?
A: Unfortunately, no. Since you are actually tying up the equipment or crew for a full day and we are not able to rent it out for the other half.
Q: Can we drop off the equipment after hours?
A: Yes, both our Toronto and Vancouver offices can accommodate an after hours drop off.
